Features:​

HireNow - Improved User Experience​

We had noticed a significant delay between selecting a campaign and the list of applications loading correctly, which caused some confusion when switching between campaigns. We have improved this request so it is more efficient, and also inserted a spinner on the page while the information loads to avoid confusion when clicking applications from the initially selected campaign.

LearnNow - New 'Duration' field for Records of Personal Experiences​

Records of Personal Experiences now have an extra field: Duration. This allows you to insert either the minutes or hours you invested into a personal experience.

DevelopNow - Bulk Assign Review Process​

Continuing the trend of allowing bulk operations, we have developed a Bulk Assign Review Process page. This allows you to select any number of users or teams to assign a review process simultaneously.

DevelopNow - Assigned Learning Emails​

Emails are now sent out to learners at various milestones once learning has been assigned. The list of emails sent are:

• New Courses Assigned

• 7 Day overdue warning

• Courses have been re-assigned

• 1 day overdue warning

• Overdue Courses

User Management - Removed obsolete groups​

We have removed the group types that are no longer being used in the User Management portal.

Bugs and Defects :​

HireNow/DevelopNow - Interview/Review Meeting Video Options​

We have started the transition away from using OpenVidu as a video provider on the platform and are moving to exclusively to using the Zoom platform. The Zoom platform is an established video provider and also a managed service, and so we expect this to bring more stability and support for the video features. From this release, we will disable the OpenVidu option.

We have tested the Zoom platform extensively and found some compatibility issues. While we resolve these issues you may notice the following behaviours:

• Firefox/Safari - We have disabled video backgrounds on these browsers as they cause the users video to not display.

• Safari iOS - Front facing camera will not display video preview. User can be heard and seen by the other participants, but cannot see their own video.

• OperaGX - As an interviewer/reviewer, you will get stuck joining the session from the lobby. As an applicant/reviewee, this is not an issue as you will be let into the meeting by the other party.

Please use the Report a Bug feature if you find any other errors while using the interview/review meeting feature.

HireNow - Campaign Workflow templates​

Resolved an issue which caused all campaigns using a workflow template to be updated when the template was used and edited for a separate campaign. Template steps will now be unaffected when selected for campaign creation.

Also fixed an issue where campaign workflow templates would be unavailable if the creator left the platform. The templates are now associated with a company, and not an individual.

HireNow - Interviews​

Interview sessions which are not ended will not correctly be closed down by the cloud scheduler.

Registration Emails​

Expired registration links were not redirecting users to the correct page. Expired links now direct users to a page informing them that a new link needs to be generated.

Resolved an issue causing the User search on the Bulk Assign Review Process (Individual) page to not work.

Resolved an issue where the Assigned Learning section was not showing if an External Course has a certificate attached. All courses now show the correct icon, based on if there is a file associated with the course.
